Navigating in the Database Diagram Window

 

ESC

Move to the table's title bar from a cell.

 

ENTER

Move back to the last cell edited from the table's title bar.

 

PAGE UP

Display the previous page of the table or diagram.

 

PAGE DOWN

Display the next page of the table or diagram.

 

Moving Columns in Datasheet View

 

CTRL + SHIFT + F8

Switch on Move mode.

 

←, →

Move the selected Columns to the left and right in Move mode.

 

Working in the Gird Pane

 

F2

Toggle between Edit mode and Navigation mode.

 

Insert

Toggle between Insert mode and Overstrike mode.

 

PivotTable View

 

TAB

Select the next element to the right or down.

 

SHIFT + TAB

Select the next element to the left or up.

 

ENTER

Select the next element or to the right.

 

SHIFT + ENTER

Select the next element up.

 

CTRL +  ENTER

Select the detail cells for the next item in the row area.

 

CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER

Select the detail cells for the previous item in the row area.

 

CTRL + SHIFT + END

Extend the selection to the last cell in the last row.

 

CTRL + SPACEBAR

Select the field for the active data, total, or detail item.

 

SHIFT + SPACEBAR

Select the row containing the active cell.

 

SHIFT + PAGE DOWN

Extend the selection by one screen.

 

SHIFT + PAGE UP

Reduce the selection by one screen.

 

ALT + PAGE DOWN

Display the next screen to the right.

 

ALT + PAGE UP

Display the next screen to the left.

 

ALT + SHIFT + PAGE DOWN

Extend the selection by one page to the right.

 

ALT + SHIFT + PAGE UP

Extend the selection by one page to the left.

 

CTRL + E

Export the contents of the PivotTable or Excel.
